Payment
Credit card
When placing an order, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, and payment will be processed in real time. When entering or transmitting your credit card number, it will be encrypted (SSL), so you can use your credit card safely.
Convenience store payment
Please follow the instructions on the order screen and pay for your purchase at a convenience store. Payment fees will be borne by the customer.
Bank transfer
Please transfer the product price to the account provided after placing your order. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Please transfer the payment to our designated account within 5 days of placing your order. We will ship your item after confirming the payment within 3 business days. If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order may be cancelled.
About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express. Your order will be shipped within three business days of receipt. If there is a delay due to bad weather, the delivery company's circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by email. Shipping costs are 770 yen nationwide. Free shipping is available for purchases totaling 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.
About consumption tax
Consumption tax is included in the price.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the return/exchange form or by phone (011-641-0338). We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- If it is confirmed that the product accessories have been lost, soiled or damaged due to the customer's fault
- If you have been advised at the time of sale that the product cannot be exchanged or returned
- When you use the product
- For sale items
- Any other reason that we determine that we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned item, we will usually process it within one week.
We will refund the amount to the bank account you specified on the return/exchange acceptance form . Once the refund procedure is complete, we will send you an email confirming the refund to your registered email address.
After we have confirmed the returned items, we will stop the charges on your credit card. However, due to the closing date of your card company, the full amount of the returned items may still be deducted.
If the final purchase amount for a return is 11,000 yen (tax included) or less, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from our store and charge you only the actual shipping costs. The same applies when returning free shipping items. If your final purchase includes free shipping items, the above does not apply.
Order changes and cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations to your order after it has been placed. We also do not allow cancellations after shipment or refusals to accept delivery. If the product is returned after shipping due to an extended absence or refusal to accept delivery, you will be charged round-trip shipping fees and a handling fee of 2,200 yen. If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to accept delivery even once, we may refuse to do business with you.
